We hope you absolutely love everything that arrives from Roobee Roo. But sometimes things do not quite work out, and that is okay. If you need a hand with a return, refund or something that is not quite right with your order, we are here to help.

Changed your mind?

No worries. We are happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item needs to be:

• unused, unworn and unwashed

• in its original condition

• returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable

• accompanied by proof of purchase

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law.

What happens to the meals from a returned purchase?

Every eligible Roobee Roo purchase helps provide meals through our giving program.

When a product is returned for a refund, the meal contribution connected with that purchase will no longer count towards our meal-giving total.

If only part of an order is returned, we will simply adjust the meal contribution to reflect the products you keep and the applicable meal offer.

If we replace a product rather than refunding it, the original meal contribution remains unchanged.

Most importantly, the meal contribution never reduces the amount of any refund you are entitled to and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Something is not quite right?

Oh no. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or is not as described, please let us know.

Email us at gday@roobeeroo.com.au with your order number and a brief description of what has happened. A photo can be helpful too, where relevant.

We will work with you to make things right.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Your Roobee Roo purchase comes with automatic rights called consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

These rights sit alongside this Returns & Refunds Policy and cannot be excluded, restricted or replaced by it.

Among other things, products must be of acceptable quality, be fit for their intended purpose and match their description.

If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement.

If a product has a minor problem, we may choose to provide an appropriate remedy, such as a repair. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you may then be entitled to another remedy, including a refund or replacement.

There is no fixed 30-day limit on your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our 30-day period applies only to our voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Returning a faulty product

You do not need to have the original packaging to exercise your rights in relation to a faulty product.

We may ask for reasonable proof that your item was purchased from Roobee Roo. This might be your order confirmation, receipt or another record of your purchase.

For items that can easily be posted, we may ask you to return the product to us so we can assess the problem.

If the product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse any reasonable return postage costs you have paid. Please keep your postage receipt so we can arrange this for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve a change-of-mind return, we will arrange your refund.

For refunds provided under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the remedy you are legally entitled to.

Refunds will generally be returned to your original payment method unless we agree on another arrangement with you.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to show the refund in your account.
